How Timber Brew Came to Life
In the autumn of 2012, siblings Eleanor & Jasper Holloway inherited their grandfather's abandoned logging cabin deep in the Cascade foothills. Instead of selling the land, they saw an opportunity β a place where the warmth of woodsmoke and the aroma of freshly roasted coffee could bring people together.
With salvaged timber beams, a refurbished 1950s Probat roaster, and recipes passed down through three generations, Timber Brew was born. The first batch of our signature Smoked Cedar Latte was served on a rainy November morning to a handful of curious neighbors. Word spread quickly.
Today, Timber Brew has grown into a thriving community hub β but our roots remain firmly planted in those same values: craftsmanship, sustainability, and genuine hospitality. Every beam, every cup, every conversation still carries the spirit of that little log cabin.
